Spring 2012 Events …

Southern Belle Farm in McDonough, GA hosts a variety of events on the farm.  The seasonal events include live entertainment, outdoor concerts, family fun festivals and activities, old-time demonstrations, antique shows and much more!

Spring Scout Day on the farm

Saturday, May 5, 2012 – Strawberry picking, hayride tour and more!

Is there anything more delicious than fresh strawberries picked right from the vine? Scouts will get a lesson on strawberries and then start pickin’ right from the patch. Each person will get a container for them to eat or to take home their strawberries. You will also visit the barnyard animals and take a hayride tour of the farm.

Larger containers of berries as well as lunch and homemade treats may be purchased for an additional cost at the farm. It’s an event the whole family can enjoy – fun for all ages!  Reservations are required.

Time: Event begins promptly at 10:00am

Cost: $5/person (children & adults)

Other Group Events

Southern Belle Farm is host to many events throughout the year.  If you are planning a wedding, reception, family reunion, class reunion etc. and are looking for a serene outdoor setting in the metro Atlanta area – Southern Belle Farm is the place!  Conveniently located south of Atlanta, approx. 6 miles off Interstate 75, visitors and guests will enjoy the country setting and small town charm here in historic McDonough, Georgia.
