Burrrrr!!  The deep south has begun January in the bitter cold!  We sure are here at Southern Belle Farm!  These below freezing tempertures are causing us to carefully monitor the temperature and our crop of Strawberries.  This is keeping farmer Jake on his toes day and night!

We know Georgians would like to see some snow, and it would be pretty to have a dusting of snow…..but we need a break where temperatures will warm up a little so our Strawberries can thaw out during the day!  

Say an extra prayer for our Southern Belle Farm Strawberries in this deep freeze!
